Graduation Requirements


The Pima Area Labor Federation, or PALF, is one of nearly 500 state and local labor councils of the AFL-CIO and are the heart of the labor movement. We are a democratically elected body dedicated to represent the interests of working people In Arizona and in Pima County. We mobilize our member unions and community partners to advocate for social and economic justice and we strive daily to vanquish oppression and make our communities better for all people—regardless of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, or ethnic or national origin.
Under leadership from the Pima County School Superintendent’s Office – with support from Potoff Private Philanthropy – the Pima Cycle Breaker (PCB) Program empowers lifelong success among youth and young adults by offering educational pathways, skills-based training, apprenticeships, jobs placements and needs-driven wraparound services (including housing, transportation, food and tuition).
The Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters represents more than 63,000 members in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. We work with developers and elected leaders to raise the standard of building and living for all workers. As an affiliate of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, SWRCC is the largest council in the Brotherhood.
